Our online return policy is straightforward and convenient. You can initiate a return for your hoodie purchase within 30 days of placing the order, regardless of the reason. Simply email us first at Hello@BelieverHoodie.com to inform us about your return request. Once we receive your email, we will provide you with the address where you can send the hoodie. Upon receiving the returned item, we will process the refund directly to the card used for the purchase.

But wait, Is there something wrong with your hoodie? Is it damaged? For a Believer Hoodie replacement, please respond through the Quality Survey email that you will receive immediately after your hoodie is delivered. Within that email there is a very easy form and process to quickly request the replacement.
